We have a contract! It's all signed and everything. We're having the inspection done Saturday and we close on 8/15. The hubby and I will celebrate our birthdays in our new house! Yay!!

I am the mother of two beautiful little girls who take up 98.9% (margin of error 5%)of my time. I am married to the man of my dreams. Honestly, he's that guy I always wanted my boyfriends to be like. The guy I thought only existed in my demented little imagination. He's my best friend, my partner in crime and my sounding board for all my crazy ideas. We live in a nice suburban home but don't let that fool you. I'm not quite the soccer mom type.
